Detailed description of goods and or services

LinkWorld is a business in the RF industry that markets goods to South Africa and neighbouring countries radio dealers and exports into Africa. We supply a full range of antenna, cables, connectors and radio accessories. We supply repeaters, duplexers, masts, towers and radios.

Delivery policy

Subject to stock availability, requests will be processed within 24 hours and delivery confirmed by way of e-mail or fax. Where couriers or freighters are utilized the waybill number and company's information will be provided. Free delivery will be provided within Gauteng RSA aria otherwise delivery will be for the customer’s account.

Export

LinkWorld will negotiate export orders per quote and Performa invoice. Payment terms are per EFT before goods are shipped.

Warranty

All products manufactured in South Africa carry a 12 month Manufacturers guarantee. The same applies to our range of imported antennas and repeaters unless otherwise stipulated. An additional warranty is supplied with Cell Extenders by means of voltage surge and lightning spike protection. Copies of each warranty are available on request.

Return and Refunds policy

All returned goods should reach us within 7 days from the invoice date. The original invoice must accompany the returned products. The returned products must be in as new condition, its display packaging undamaged and all accessories forming the original invoiced kit must be included in mint condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on goods we deem defaced as second hand. Returned goods will carry a 5 % administration/handling fee.

Payment options accepted

Payment may be made by EFT into the LinkWorld Distributors’ bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. 30 Day accounts are provided to credit approved customers.

Customer privacy policy

LinkWorld shall take all responsibility to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and LinkWorld Distributors chooses RSA as its domicile citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation

LinkWorld Distributors may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
